This Privacy Policy describes how Ante ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website, our services, and tools we operate in the course of providing services.

Information we collect

• Information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, website, and the contents of forms, meeting bookings or messages you send us. Meetings are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter when you book.
• Usage information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as device and browser information and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how the site is used, and RB2B to identify the businesses and people who visit, as described below.
• Source information. We keep a first-party cookie for up to 30 days that remembers how you reached our site, such as the most recent campaign link you followed, any ad click identifier, or the AI assistant that first sent you. When you book a meeting, we pass it to HubSpot and Calendly so we can see which of our work brings people to us.
• Authorized account data. When you engage our services and authorize access to third-party accounts (for example, Google services such as Search Console, Analytics, Gmail, Drive, or Calendar), we access the data reasonably necessary to provide the services you have engaged us for.

Website visitor identification

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. Google user data

Where you authorize access to Google services, Ante's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the services you have requested. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

We use information to provide, operate, and improve our services; to respond to inquiries and deliver requested materials; to administer client engagements; to maintain the security of our systems; and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information
